Features of the Interface:

• Notification of Work Order Creation and Close
  EXP Enterprise provides several mechanisms for initiating work, including the  acknowledgement of an Indicator Alarm due to a condition being out of a normal range. The certified interface automates the creation of a Notification in SAP PM based on this and other events. Key information is included in the Notification, such as the equipment reference, functional locations, assemblies and the condition indicator data which initially caused the alarm. If configured in EXP, the Notification will also reference an SAP general or equipment specific task list or functional location that is recommended as the appropriate pre-planned activity to remedy this specific alarm. This provides everything needed by Maintenance to productively resolve the problem with a corresponding Work Order. Notification close status is returned to EXP upon closing of the Notification.
• Ivara Asset Hierarchy and SAP PM Equipment Record, Hierarchy and Functional Location Synchronization
  SAP PM is the master for all key equipment and functional location data. The certified interface synchronizes key equipment and functional location master data into EXP Enterprise. As new records are added or changed, the asset hierarchy in EXP Enterprise is kept in sync.
• Ivara Asset Risk Prioritization and SAP PM ABC Indicator Synchronization
  EXP Enterprise provides Asset Risk Prioritization capabilities allowing organizations to objectively determine their operational and non-operational risks in establishing the criticality of each equipment item. This information is synchronized to SAP PM to drive the ABC Indicator for equipment and help drive the appropriate prioritization of work in SAP PM.
