Asset Prioritization (AP) Facilitator Training – Asset Prioritization creates a direct link between your company’s goals and the goals of equipment reliability effort.  It provides a method for you to prioritize your assets and focus reliability improvement first on the equipment most likely to impact business performance.  This training will prepare participants to organize, facilitate and apply the results of an Asset Prioritization analysis for a business unit.

Asset Prioritization (AP) Facilitator Mentoring– As follow up to the AP Facilitator Training, an Ivara Reliability Consultant can provide mentoring support to new facilitators during their initial AP analysis to ensure the effective application of the methodology.

RCM2 Introductory Training – This course provides a comprehensive introduction to RCM2 and is intended for those wishing to secure optimum performance from any physical assets, from the viewpoint of safety, environmental integrity, output, product quality or customer service.

RCM2 Facilitator Training– The Aladon Network has identified 45 distinct skills that are required for RCM2 Facilitators.  These skills ensure that RCM2 is applied to a standard that produces consistently sensible and defensible maintenance programs.  Facilitator competency development begins with a 10-day formal training course which includes an opportunity for you to practise facilitating an RCM2 analysis while the Practitioner provides coaching on your application of reliability principles and the RCM2 methodology.

RCM2 Facilitator Mentoring – As follow up to the RCM2 Facilitator Training, an RCM2 Practitioner provides mentoring support to new facilitators during their initial analyses to ensure the effective application of the methodology.  Facilitators are evaluated based on the 45 defined competencies and should work with a mentor until they are signed off as competent.

MTA Facilitator Training – Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) is a structured work identification methodology that is faster and less resource intensive than RCM2. In this hands-on course, you’ll cover the MTA methodology and then learn to apply it through sample case studies and group exercises geared to refining your skill set.  As a participant, you will take turns facilitating the MTA analysis while the Practitioner provides coaching on your application of MTA principles and your group management skills.

MTA Facilitator Mentoring– As follow up to the MTA Facilitator Training, an Ivara Reliability Practitioner provides mentoring support to new facilitators during their initial MTA analyses to ensure the effective application of the methodology.  Facilitators are evaluated based on a defined set of competencies for MTA facilitators and should work with a mentor until they are signed off as competent.

CPR Training– Current Practice Review (CPR) is a basic review practice used to identify opportunities to create EXP indicators and checksheets based upon existing collateral (i.e. existing MTA/RCM2 templates, valid paper based inspections and routes, standard legislated environmental inspections, etc.).  This course provides you with the basic knowledge to conduct a Current Practice Review in your organization.

Availability Workbench (AWB) Training – Availability Workbench combines maintenance plan optimization, availability simulation, failure data analysis and life cycle cost products into a single unit. Data is shared between the four elements of Availability Workbench eliminating the need to transfer information between them.  The AWB training will prepare participants to use the software to optimize reliability programs and to simulate plant availability and capacity modeling.

AWB Mentoring– As follow up to the AWB Training, an Ivara Reliability Consultant provides mentoring support to client personnel as they perform various analyses using the AWB software tool.

Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) Facilitation Training and Coaching– This training course will teach the process for performing root cause failure analyses and will be followed up with field coaching as the participant conducts their initial RCFAs.
