EXP Implementation Specialist

EXP Application Administrator Training – Every organization requires someone to administer the EXP Enterprise software.  This course is geared to providing the concepts and hands-on training required to configure and manage the software and includes the set up of Administrative Settings, Users, Security Profiles and Table Configurations.

EXP Introductory Training – This course provides an overview of the functionality available within the EXP Enterprise software to support the Asset Performance Management process.  The concepts of Assets and Hierarchy are introduced and you will learn the basics of navigating within the EXP application.

EXP Implementer Training – The EXP Implementer course builds on the concepts learned in the EXP Introduction course.  You will learn specific functions of the EXP Enterprise software to adequately prepare you to implement the EXP Enterprise software within the organization.  The concepts of EXP Integration to CMMS applications are introduced.  This training is very hands-on and incorporates numerous activities and a case study which requires the practical application of all aspects of the training.  

EXP Implementer Mentoring– As follow up to the EXP Implementer Training, an Ivara Implementation Consultant provides mentoring support to new implementers to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of maintenance plans within EXP.  Implementers are evaluated based on a defined set of competencies and should work with a mentor until they are signed off as competent.

EXP Advanced Training – The EXP Advanced course takes your EXP Enterprise software users to the next level.  In this course, the participants learn more advanced topics such as Failure Tracking, Remote Computing, and Online Data Collection.  These advanced skills further equip the users with the tools they need to effectively manage their APM process.

Planner and Scheduler Training – This course is designed to enhance and develop the role of a Planner to ensuring they are capable of contributing effectively in a reliability-based Work Management Process. The Planner will not only understand their function and responsibilities but why these tasks are required and how they are done. The Planner also develops a basic understanding of how to Prioritize, Plan and Schedule Work Orders.

Planner and Scheduler Mentoring– As follow up to the Planner and Scheduler training, an Ivara Reliability Consultant provides mentoring support to Planners in the field to ensure the effective application of the planning and scheduling activities within the APM process. 

Work Execution and Follow up Mentoring– An Ivara Reliability Consultant provides mentoring support to maintenance and operations personnel in the field to ensure the effective application of the work execution and follow up activities within the APM process.
