Strategy Development is the determination of appropriate actions to be taken to ensure sustainable, reliable and safe operation of production assets.  The strategy for work identification is selected based on the relative risk that the system/asset poses to achieving the goals of the business.  Services involved in this element include:

Ivara-led Asset Prioritization Facilitation – An Ivara Reliability Consultant will be assigned to work with Client personnel to prepare for and conduct Asset Prioritization analyses within the organization.  The client will provide knowledgeable operations, maintenance and support personnel to participate in each analysis and the area leadership will review and approve the analysis results before they are applied within EXP.

Templating Strategy and Area Work Identification Development Plan – An Ivara Reliability Consultant will work with business unit leaders to translate the results of the area Asset Prioritization analysis into a plan for work identification analyses.  Where possible and practical, work identification results will be leveraged for application to multiple similar assets in similar operating applications.

Ivara-led RCM2 Facilitation – An Ivara Reliability Practitioner will be assigned to work with Client personnel to prepare for (including analysis scoping) and conduct RCM2 analyses within the organization.  The client will provide knowledgeable operations, maintenance and support personnel to participate in each analysis and the area leadership will review and approve the RCM2 analysis results before they are applied within EXP.

Ivara-led MTA Facilitation – An Ivara Reliability Consultant will be assigned to work with Client personnel to prepare for (including analysis scoping) and conduct MTA analyses within the organization.  The client will provide knowledgeable operations, maintenance and support personnel to participate in each analysis and the area leadership will review and approve the MTA analysis results before they are applied within EXP.
