Paul Marshall, Chief Executive Officer
Paul Marshall is the Chief Executive Officer of Ivara Corporation, the leading asset performance management software solution provider. Under Paul’s guidance, Ivara is leading the way in developing and delivering innovative solutions that combine software, reliability expertise and consulting services to help capital-intensive companies improve the performance and reliability of their industrial assets and ultimately drive significant bottom-line results.
Paul has over 12 years experience in a Senior Management capacity at high growth, software and service focused businesses. Prior to his current role, Paul led Ivara’s Finance, Administration and Human Resource functions. In December 2005, Paul was instrumental in Ivara’s acquisition of Aladon LLC, the company that commercialized the first and current leading standard of Reliability Centered Maintenance methodology, RCM2. With this acquisition, Ivara’s global reach now extends to over 80 countries through an alliance with members of The Aladon Network – Ivara’s worldwide network of reliability solution providers.
Paul is a Certified Management Accountant and prior to joining Ivara, held various senior management positions at Open Text Corp, Salumatics and Capital Environmental. Paul has experience in all aspects of strategic planning, sales, leadership, governance, business finance, operations, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, human resources, mergers, acquisitions, equity raises, credit raises, financial controls and day to day business growth and has successfully led change and process improvement that drives profitability. Roger Zanatta, Vice President of Sales & Business Partners
Roger Zanatta oversees Ivara’s sales operations, partner and reseller network worldwide, providing the leadership necessary to meet aggressive sales targets and develop new growth opportunities for the company and its products.Roger is responsible for managing and expanding Ivara’s sales organization and collaborating with partners to drive revenue growth and ensure that the Ivara EXP asset performance management (APM) solution is adopted as the key corporate strategy of capital intensive organizations world-wide building channel partnerships with companies whose solutions and core competencies can be further extended with the Ivara APM technology.
Helping to integrate Ivara’s APM offerings with the partners’ core competencies creates a unique value proposition for each partner organization that differentiates them from their competitors. Equally important, Roger helps partners to achieve competency in the application of Ivara’s solution to enable them to remain self-sufficient in reaching their business goals.
Florian Lenders, Vice President of Services & The Aladon Network
As Vice President of Solution Services & The Aladon Network, Florian is responsible for managing Ivara’s reliability consultants as well as Ivara’s global network of reliability experts, The Aladon Network, as they help customers implement and sustain a proactive approach to maintenance with the Ivara EXP Asset Performance Management Solution. Leveraging the Ivara Work Smart implementation methodology, Florian ensures implementations are completed in a timely and effective manner, with rapid ROI. Florian also works closely with Ivara’s strategic partners to expand the company’s service capabilities and broaden the market for the Ivara APM Solution.
A 25 year maintenance and reliability veteran, Florian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in ensuring customers not only receive the best possible service but also get the most out of their technology investments. Prior to joining Ivara, Lenders was the president of the Asset Performance Group, which delivered maintenance and reliability services and solutions. Previously, he was president and CEO of Calgary-based Datacore Systems, Ivara’s first distributor in Western Canada which specialized in the delivery of ERP and CMMS systems.
Rob Churchman, Vice President of Development
Rob Churchman is responsible for the development of Ivara’s software. An experienced software development manager, Rob oversees all of Ivara’s research and development efforts including product planning, design, implementation and quality assurance. Under his direction, Ivara’s development team ensures the products are highly functional, technically advanced and of excellent quality.
Rob has over 20 years of experience in software development in the area of object-oriented business systems. He has a strong track record in delivering leading-edge maintenance and reliability software.
A founding member of Ivara, Rob has managed the development of numerous successful product releases. He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Richard Reich, Vice President of Customer Support Operations
Richard Reich is a highly experienced entrepreneurial leader with over 20 years experience in the application software industry. A well rounded background in senior level management, with customer service and support center management, product development, sales experience as well as finance and administration management provides Rich with the experience needed to meet and exceed business objectives and customer expectations. Rich is responsible for the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures aimed at achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. Rich leads a team that is committed to quality assurance, solving customer problems, delivering solutions on time, and continually improving the ways that Ivara can help customers realize bottom line success. Rich plays an integral role in overall management of Ivara as well as the strategic direction of the company.
