Ivara’s Technical Consultants use standard Microsoft technologies and programming languages, along with Ivara’s powerful and flexible application framework, to tailor the implementation of Ivara’s software to meet the customer’s specific business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Implementation / Reliability consultants to develop business process definitions and requirements relevant to interface and data conversion work
• Develop project scope, technical design and other project documentation items
• Develop interfaces between Ivara and other systems
• Customize Ivara’s software to meet the customer’s specific business requirements
• Develop new applications and functionality for Ivara customers
• Develop custom reports
• Perform data conversion using Ivara Data Loader tool, and enhance the tool as needed

Requirements:

• 5 plus years experience in application development, integration, customization and/or data conversion work with EAM, ERP or CMMS applications
• Technical competence with VB.NET, C#, WCF, XML, SQL Server, Oracle, MSOffice and VB6
• Experience in customer facing role as consultant or analyst, defining requirements and scope of technical work
• Solution design capability
• Excellent customer relationship skills, ability to manage expectations and deliver to a defined scope
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Project management and leadership skills
• Self directed, able to work with minimal supervision
• Extensive travel within North America required
• University Degree is strongly preferred
