As Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for working with our clients to increase their asset performance by implementing technologically sound maintenance programs in the Ivara software. You will help define how Ivara software and other enterprise software systems will work together to support a proactive maintenance business process, and you will lead the implementation of the Ivara technology to support those processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the detailed project plan for implementing the Ivara software.
- Advise customers on how to integrate Ivara software with their existing CMMS and other predictive technology tools
- Advise customers on how to leverage Ivara and other software to implement maintenance best practices and continually improve the maintenance function.
- Train customers in maintenance best practices leveraging Ivara and CMMS software, and contribute to the ongoing development of best practices within the Ivara WorkSmart Methodology
- Assist the client in using Ivara software to implement proactive maintenance programs.
- Develop and implement leading Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure adherence to the maintenance business process, and lagging KPI’s to measure tangible business results.
- Work with a variety of job positions from shop floor to senior executives.
- Provide guidance on organizational change throughout project.
Requirements:
- Engineering or Computer Science education or equivalent experience
- 5 plus years experience implementing enterprise software in a commercial or industrial site
- Involvement in multiple CMMS and EAM software implementations, SAP and Maximo strongly preferred
- Experience in developing project scope, plan and project management
- Excellent facilitation, teaching, coaching and meeting management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Office products
- Extensive travel required
- Desirable, but not essential…
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience with work identification tools including RCM, FMEA, or RCA
- Experience in predictive maintenance and/or condition monitoring tools
- Experience with Work Management and Asset Life-Cycle Management
- Experience with analytical tools such as Weibull Analysis
- Predictive Maintenance Application experience
